Fitness Sessions

In April 2023 3 new sessions will begin with a view to increasing fitness levels for general sport. Different formats will be used to keep it interesting. To begin, we will start with a HIIT workout style session covering stretching, balance, core strengthening and aerobic at your own pace.

A ‘completion circuit’ may be set for activity between sessions.

The sessions will be:

  • Monday 9.30am-10.30am (starting April 17th)

  • Monday 9pm-10pm (starting April 17th)

  • Saturday 4pm-5pm (starting April 22nd)

A weekday morning, weekday evening and weekend session should make it possible to fit most schedules. The same session will be repeated in all 3.

Each session will be priced at £4 paid directly to Trevor who will coach the sessions. Everyone can pay on the day for their first 2 sessions. After that everyone will be asked to pay £16 in the last week of the month to cover 4 sessions the following month.

You’ll be assigned to 1 of the 3 sessions for the month, however if you cannot make one of the sessions you can attend one of the other sessions in the calendar month. If the credit isn’t used during the calendar month it is not carried over.
